What a lovely experience we had! From the charming Milos (I hope I've spelled his name correctly!) at check in, to the comfortable, clean room, we can't say enough positive things about our stay. Before we arrived, we received text messages coordinating our check in, and we were able to check in early, which was supremely helpful. The hotel is charming, and we were warmly greeted by Milos when we arrived. He was sincere in his interest about our stay and vacation, and took time to go over a map of the city with us to help orient and acquaint ourselves with where things were. He walked us to the elevator to ensure we knew where to go, a nice touch. The room was laid out thoughtfully, it was my husband and I and our 16 year old, we all agreed it was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was huge, with a lovely soaking tub, and the shower had the best water pressure I've experienced in any country in the world, it was amazing! The location was perfect for us, we were doing the generic touristy things (Versailles, Eiffel Tower, Disney Paris, etc) and used a combination of RER trains and Ubers. The hotel was a close walk to both the A and the C trains, and near several restaurants. We enjoyed a meal at Trattoria di Bellagio, tasty, priced well, and around the corner. There was also a little market nearby that was open late for drinks and snacks. We stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed the breakfast buffet on our last day, delicious and indulgent, we loved finishing our stay with this little luxury. Check out was quick and seamless with Milos and Amandine, we left with such a warm feeling that they truly appreciated us choosing the hotel. Highly recommended, you can't go wrong staying here!

Very nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very nice at the reception. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Its perfect for romantic weekend! Definitely worth going for breakfast. There are great homemade desserts, fresh fruits and the large selection of food:)

This was my first time at this lovely, charming hotel I now call home. The staff is incredible, especially Milos, Amandine, and Patricia, who attended to every wish and more. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, from the lights which I could dim to the well-stocked mini bar, to the extremely comfortable bed, to the oversized mosaic tile bathtub, to the heated towels, to the sauna and steam room I booked in the private spa space. This is the hotel you want to book a junior suite in because it's worth every dollar. That said, I observed the staff treat all their clients with five-star hotel service. I will only stay here in the future.

First time in Paris and in this nice hotel in a very convenient location (15 mins walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées). We had breakfast included and I loved the selection of sweet and savory with the option of having a freshly made tasty cheese omelette! I tried their private sauna after the whole day of walking outside (in winter) and it was just perfect :) Staff was nice and helpful. And the beds were sooo comfortable! We will be back again soon!

On my partner's birthday cancelled the booking although I had booked with 2 children they stated that French laws meant I could not stay and would need to purchase an additional room to stay. Suffice to say that is ridiculous, they had my booking and the children were on the booking confirmation (as I've since found). Now refusing to refund saying that I cancelled as a "no show". I will be pursuing this with my bank, don't stay at this hotel they're clearly fraudsters.
